She doesn't sing as well as I. ( Sounds fine.)
She doesn't sing as well as me.


Set 2
She's as lazy as he is.
She's as lazy as he. ( Sounds odd.) :?:
You're as lazy as them. ( Sounds odd.) :?:
She's as lazy as him.


Except for its formality, are they all acceptable?

Yes indeed. And nothing sounds odd to me, just more or less formal, as you say.
