or
Our goal is to make services that are presented to patients as electronic ones


I mean our software differs than old manual booking.

I think they are not talking about providing 'electronic services' to patients. They are providing professional consultancy services to the patients. It is the booking of appointment that is done electronically or though the internet.

Our goal is to provide healthcare professionals the software support to enable booking of appointments by patients to be done electronically/online.

I would consider the booking of appointments to be a service, but I see your point!

I wish my doctor's surgery would get this software so I don't have to be on the phone at 8.30am exactly trying to talk to miserable, rude receptionists about how I can possibly get an appointment that day!! :lol:
