Hello everyone.

If I said " as far as he know I could be a doctor, a pilot etc." it is mean that someone can’t know for sure what is My career, and I am trying to confess him that I am a doctor or a pilot.

No, it doesn't say that. What it does say is that he probably doesn't know what type of work you do. You could be a doctor, a pilot, or a bus driver.
