Is this sentence ambiguous:
1-"Enter the room as I enter it."
[I think it could mean:
a-in the same way as I enter it.
b-at the same time as I enter it.]
What about:
2-"Enter the room as I do."
[I think it could mean a, but could it mean b?]

Yes, it could, but it would be likely that, to avoid ambiguity, the speaker would say 'when I do'.
