Could you please check the sentence below?, and should the bold part be "this workout" or "these workouts"?

It was about three years ago when I joined a fitness center to try TRX suspension training, as I had heard a lot about these workouts.

It depends. Is TRX suspension training one workout or more than one?

TRX has a rope as equipment that every session clients do a wide variety of movements and positions.
Now, should we use “ plural” form because this training has lots of movements?
What does “ workout” mean here?

No. You are doing TRX training, and you don't know what a workout is? Incredible!

I don't know why not. Perhaps:

I had a TRX workout today. Talk about rigorous!

I don’t have difficulty understanding “ I had a TRX workout today”, but “ TRX workouts” dosen’t make sense. Because “ TRX” is just one training or one workout, not many workouts.

Perhaps:

TRX workouts are rigorous.

Does that sentence make sense to you?

You added a space after each opening quotation mark above. That's never correct.
