Are these correct:
1-As well as in the garden, we found grains in the house and the garage.
2-Besides in the garden, we found grains in the house and the garage.
3-Apart from in the garden, we found grains in the house and the garage.

The first one is fine. (I am doubtful about the others.) You could also say, "In addition to the garden."
