"As well as" is in the right position, but you need to add "a" before "good attitude". A person has "a good attitude".

There is nothing wrong with your version, per se, but you too need to add the word "a" before "good attitude".

By the way, only my personal opinion, but "init" or "innit" is a really irritating phrase! :)
