hello, everyone
i am new here. i am enjoying making friends with all of you.
here are two sentences:
It is necessary to be prepared for a job interview . Having had the answers ready will be of great help.
It is necessary to be prepared for a job interview . Having the answers ready will be of great help.
i wonder which is correct and why.
don't native speakers use "having done" as a subject?
thanks in advance

The second is correct.

Having the answers ready will be of great help.

Why? Because the context is advice and clearly refers to future interviews. "Having had" is wrong because it refers to the past. It is possible in other contexts but not here.
