You try to write the message first and post it here and then we can help you to correct it.

Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter.
End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.

Note the correct spelling of "message". "Massage" is very different. Have a look in the dictionary.

I have to say that Facebook seems like a strange place to write messages to your doctor.
