Hello

I am writing about the practice of asserting something. Is it correct to call this kind of practice for "assertional practice" or "assertoric practice"?

thanks for your reply, but I don't think neither "rhetoric" nor "assertive" can be correct. Asserting is a part of a linguistic practice, like asking, begging, inquiring etc, and "rhetoric" is a best a kind of assertion.
"Assertive practice" sounds like me like "self-assured/dogmatic practice", which does not denote the specific kind of practice that assertion is.
