I would like to know the difference between these two sentences.1. He is at the hospital.2. He is at hospital.Does "at with the" imply the same meaning when "to" is used with the "the".I mean when we say I m going to the hospital we go there for a purpose and when we say I m going to hospital we go there as a patient or a worker. But when we say I m at the hospital does it mean the same that we go there for a purpose.
