Hi,

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me paraphrase the following sentence:

A) I am feeling a bit down, but at the same time I know it's for the good.

Thanks for your help and support.

Why do you need to paraphrase it?

I wanted to know what are the different options I have to replace 'at the same time."

It would have been helpful to know that you were simply looking for alternatives to "at the same time" (but not the rest of the sentence) in post #1.

I am a bit down but I know it's for the good.
I am a bit down. However, I know it's for the good.

There isn't an exact replacement for "at the same time" but the sentences above give much the same idea.
