What do we say :

- at the same point in time

OR

-on the same point in time
 
What do we say :

- at the same point in time

OR

-on the same point in time

Context would help, but I'm going to say "at" anyway.
 
If you were discussing a graph of some data versus time, you might be able to say "on," but that's the only example I can think of.
