One of the uses of the preposition 'at' is for showing instability.
Ex1. I was standing at the door.
Ex2. I was standing at this level.
Ex3. I was standing at the station.
I think 'at' here means 'for a short time.' Am I right?
Or it may mean 'I was to lose my control and fall'?
