Please help me correct the following sentences. Thanks!

1. The chart below tells that most people go to bed around midnight, but most schools or companies starts at 7 or 8 o’clock.
2. So it’s hard for those who sleeps in the midnight to get enough sleep.
3. The average time people go to bed

Please help me correct the following sentences. Thanks!

1. The chart below shows [or "indicates", or "tells us"] that most people go to bed around midnight. However, most schools or companies start at 7 or 8 o’clock in the morning.
2. So it’s hard for those who go to bed at midnight to get enough sleep.
3. The average time at which people go to bed

In breaking paragraph 1 into two separate sentences, I have assumed that the "chart below" is concerned only with what time people go to bed, and does not also include data on what time schools and companies start in the morning. If it does include both sets of data, then leave the sentence as one.
