There is an article missing at the beginning of the sentence, and a word missing from the end of the second.

In addition, where is the back of your hair?

The back of your hair is turning white.
Is it correct to say this?

Once you told me we can say "You didn't comb the back of your hair".

"The back of your hair" is absolutely fine in BrE. Your first sentence is grammatically correct. However, it would be very unusual for the back of someone's hair to start turning white if the rest of their hair wasn't doing the same!
