If I wear the tee-shirt inside-out, means the tag will be on the outside instead of the inside.

Then, what is back to back?

Thanks.

I think back-to-back means something happened from the beginnig to the end without interruption.

Example: Back-to-back wins or victories are victories that are gained one after another without any defeats between them.

P.S. I learnt it from Drake's Hip Hop song, Back-to-back

And I am not a teacher.

If we're still talking about a T-shirt, and you mean you've got it on the wrong way round, it's back to front.

The t-shirt is "inside-out" in American English.

In August, two typhoons attacked my city back-to-back.
