When you mention several causes of stress, can I say as follows( or following, which one is right?) If you see any problems, let me have your comments. Thanks a lot!!!!!

Excessive study, work, and people around you can cause stress. As a result, you cannot concentrate on your study. Also, you may not be able to work well at work. You will also have difficulties in maintaining good relationship with the people around you.

As a native speaker of American English I would probably say the following:
Excessive work, study or too many people around you can cause stress. Then you will find it dificult to study, work or maintain good relationships.

Or for that matter, you could write "a good relationship with..."

When writing a sentence with a list, it is almost always easier to put the list at the end of the sentence. Your sentence could easily be rearranged:

The main causes of stress are studying, working, and the people around you.

The last three sentences can also be lumped together in a list if you so wish.

Stress results in a lack of concentration when studying, decreased quality of work, and difficulties in maintaining healthy relationships.

P.S. More often then not, relationships are referred to as "healthy" and not "good"
