1. Bedding is the word used to describe bedclothes (such as pillow or a matress.) My guess is that, in this particular context, it means sexual intercourses.

2. There are two possible interpretations:
It could be literal, that is it means giving the other person a massage.

The man then feels so angry and rejected that he has sex with the woman who he had been flirting with, the woman who is not his fiance.
