If this Contract requires the Contractor to obtain the Customer's consent or to agree on certain issues with the Customer, the consent or the agreement shall be obtained before the Contractor undertakes the actions which the obligation to obtain the consent or agreement refers to.
I understand the part starting with "the consent or the agreement shall be obtained before the Contractor undertakes the actions which the obligation to obtain the consent or agreement refers to" to mean "the consent or the agreement shall be obtained before the Contractor undertakes the actions to which the obligation to obtain the consent or agreement refers?
