“Being here is a blessing from God,” Phromsit told us. “I know that he has a good plan for my life. I thank him for bringing CBN to help us!”

Can I replace "being" in the sentence by "to be"?
To be here is a blessing from God,” Phromsit told us.
Are the other ways to say this using the verb to be?

You can start it "Being ..." or "To be ...". They're both fine.
