Please teacher, could you explain this to me?

Do they have the same meaning?

a) I better go now.
b) It's better go now.
d) I had better go now.

Is 'better go now' a colloquialism? Could you give me a light on this? Where does it came from?

a. doesn't exist, should be "I'd better go now". People say so but we don;t always hear it;-)
b. should be "it's better to go now"
d. I had better go=I'd better go

All have the same meaning if I am not mistaken:)
