How do I write a bibliography for a book that has been dedicated to individual? There is no author or publisher/publishing info. shown anywhere in the book. Only a title.

Can you be more explicit? Has the book lost its front pages? Or is it very old? What is its title?
If you have the title, you can search amazon or abebooks, or go to national library sites such as the British Library or Library of Congress, and you should be able to get bibliographic information.
If you really cannot track the book anywhere, it can be listed in a bibliography as "title" (anon, np, nd). [anonymous, no publisher, no date]
