The magazines were full of "picture perfect" models, boasting/bragging white teeth and wrinkle free skin.

I chose 'boasting' but I am not sure if that would be the correct answer.

Boasting is correct. Bragging is synonymous with boasting only in the sense of talking about oneself in a prideful, self-satisfied way, not when it means possessing.
