Bob got angry with his sister

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

Bob got angry with his sister when he noticed she was trying to set him up with a daughter of a rich company owner. He told her he wanted a decent woman and not a cash machine.

I think it is better to use "he found out" in place of "he noticed". I have trouble with "a rich company owner". It sounds weird. The rest is fine.

Would "a wealthy company owner" be better?

I think it is better to use "a wealthy businessman."
