The past two years working in this company have been rewarding as they are opportunities both to grow and learn.

I would write it this way:
The past two years working in this company have been rewarding as [STRIKE]they are[/STRIKE] I have had the opportunities both to learn and grow [STRIKE]and learn[/STRIKE].
