I have developed a service project for my community living in Qatar.I am an Asian living in Qatar.
I want to promote my project by puting notices in public. I need to have a sweet, short narration which depicts;

Be a Roman when you are in Rome. But yours (thing of our country) are more precious than else. Therefore, be a Roman, being an Asian, do access my project, get use of my service.

What kind of "service project" are you offering? It would be helpful to know as it might be that your use of the word "service" is misleading.

"When in Rome, do as the Romans do", but your own culture is precious. So as an Asian, make use of my service - contact me at ..........
