Ah, those headlines can be a challenge, can't they! I assume that it means that they are announcing a series of very exciting races ("Impressive Calendar") which proclaim ("herald") the beginning of the coming months' activities ("New Season.") Now, what is the "Brilliant Line Up"? It could be a number of things: the types of races, the kinds of cars (not likely,) the people racing them, or the races themselves (which would basically mean the same thing as "Impressive Calendar.) You might have to read the article to see which they mean.
