The two phrasings actually have different meanings, but that doesn't matter, since there's no doubt which:
Exclusive Staging

This holds whether its theatrical, home staging ready for putting on the market, or staging of large 'dos' like banquet functions

Hi......

"Exclusive stagering" "First Impression... Deliver Results"

exclusive (in marketing) Exclusive can refer to products that are only available from select distributors or retailers, and have never been released before or only at a particular event.

staggering = so surprisingly impressive as to stun or overwhelms

For example typical home byers make up their minds within minutes of viewing a home. Make every minute count!

Home stagering is a proved solution. Statistics show that homes that have been professionally staged (that one which are with "exclusive staggering") sell 50% faster and in average for 6-10 % more.

The seller have to improve the visual appeal and balance of the home.

Successful staging is using a professional home stager who is experienced at marketing and decorating techniques to create an environment that byers want. Foe a product to sell, it has to be successfully marketed and packaged. The "packaging" element is where Exclusive Home Staging comes in.

The term "stagering" is not a federally registered trademark and is commonly used in the industry to describe the practice of preparing homes( or others products) for sale.

Regards.

Hi, vil!

Happy Saturday, my friend!

You have demonstrated, in your reply to 'Business name needed', that you understand the concept of home staging. But, along the way, you threw in an extra 'g' in spelling 'staging'. See Home Staging

I agree that 'exclusive staging' is a staggering idea but it doesn't fit nicely into the name of the business.

Have a great weekend, mi amigo!

Cheers,
Amigos4

Hi Amigos4,

Thank you for your quick as lighting intervention. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

My old and true friend, namely PC, misled me in a very false-hearted way. When I wrote the proper word "staging" (as a matter of fact I wrote "stagering", it (the PC), gave my a signal of error and asked me "Did you mean: staggering" whereupon I pressed down impetuous the key "Yes". I did it without thinking. A superfluous extra letter in the spelling which changed the written for the worse. I understand your relevant hint concerning the disagreement of "staggering" in the groupings business name. Especially the ominousness meaning "awesomely or forbiddingly intense". I made the sense of your equitable reprehensible words. As a matter of fact, I made a bad advertisement. There are such nuances in the meaning of the word "staggering" as : dismay, unpleasant, disagreeable, having a menacing aspect.

Owing to you I took due measures in order to rectify my previous post.

Thank you for your good wish.

The same to you.

Regards.

I didn't think that either was going to be used as the actual name!!
I thought you meant something like:

OPULENCE
Exclusive Staging to the Stars
and all A-list Celebrities

as on a business card. (The formatting changed when I saved this post - it should be centred.)
