Question: What case, wether subjective or objective, should go after but?
1- There's no god but He.
2- There's no god but Him.
3- None but He is worthy of worship.
4- None but Him is worthy of worship.
Which of four is/ are correct?

Thanks for your answer but what do we do in other cases? (Talking about Tim can we say) None but him knew what was going on.

Then this is not some religious text, but an ordinary casual situation, where all the formal rules can be relaxed.
In casual speech we would say, "Only Tim knew what was going on."
"Tim was the only one who had any idea what was going on."

and for special, appropriate occasions, but very serviceable: "Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on around this place?"(lol)
