Should I say:

You can contact me by,through email/ by, through a phone. Can I use any other prepositions to say it?

Use 'by' and not 'through'. By email or by phone, or even 'email me, phone me, call me, etc.'

Personally I'd never use 'through'. Contact me on the phone, call me on the phone are great.
