Hi

Should I say:

You can contact me by,through email/ by, through a phone. Can I use any other prepositions to say it?

Use 'by' and not 'through'. By email or by phone, or even 'email me, phone me, call me, etc.'

Hi

So there are no cases when I can use "through"? How about: Contact me on the phone.
