When we give someone's phone number we use "call X on 11111".
If you are interested call Sue on 222222.

When we give just a phone number we use "call 11111"
If you are interested call 222222.

Is it a mistake to write:
If you are interested call on 222222.

I wouldn't use it- it sounds wrong to me.

My response is in terms of AmE usage.

When we give someone's phone number we use "call X on 11111".
If you are interested call Sue [STRIKE] on [/STRIKE] at 222222.

When we give just a phone number we use "call 11111"
If you are interested call 222222. OK.

Is it a mistake to write:
If you are interested call on 222222 We usually use "on" for an extension to the main number as in, "Call Sue at 222222 on extension 33" or "Call Sue at 222222, extension 33".
