Hello everyone
I'd like to ask if I can say like that.

The higher the sound level and the longer the time of its impact on hearing are, the more is the risk of occupational disease.

That isn't quite idiomatic; but you could say e.g.

1. The higher the sound level, and the longer the time of its impact on hearing, the greater the risk of occupational disease.

A slight quibble - if the situation is one of noise causing physical damage to the ear and hearing, it should be "occupational injury" rather than disease, which is caused by infection or failure in health rather than by physical causes.
