2. I like doing acting and dancing.

3. I like acting and dancing.

Are all those sentences are correct? Please check them all.

And by the way, Are Quotations and Quotes are the same?

First two sentences sound awkward. Number 3 sounds good. You could also say I like to act and dance.

Well, not correct maybe, but likely to happen in this sort of context (where the "..." can represent a small fraction of a second for thought: 'I like to do ... acting, dancing, cycling, playing the guitar, chilling out with friends...'

The ideal (prescriptive) grammar of formally written sentences bears little relation to what actually happens between speakers.
