[General] can i use the word

Can i use the word HARD after the word Sacrifice in a sentence. for example" YOu have to sacrifice hard and you have to sacrifice all to achieve success." My friend says it in a motivational speech and i don't think its sounds correct. Please help

It sounds OK to me, but I'm not a native speaker. It's 'hard' like in "I was gazing hard at the man."

I think it would be sufficient to say "you have to make sacrifices" because sacrifice is intrinsically hard, and in reality I don't think "you have to sacrifice all to achieve success"

Maybe, to sacrifice more than ever would be better.
