[General] Can somebody help me correct these senntences?

1)They have just recently imposed the charges on these services.
2) The women are expected to uphold/maintain the european's women's standard/behaviour/ettiquete.
3) She went on to to buy the book because i didn't call he to tell her not to buy it.

1 OK, but it might be better with either just or recently and not both.
2 This doesn't really work fr me as there is no European model for women's behaviour that I know of.
3 I didn't call her
