Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

1) You must make payment at the time when you have promise that you would.
2) He is angry at you because you didn't pay him back the money at the time when you said you would.
3) You must keep your word/promise and make payment at the time you said you would.

He is angry with you because you didn't pay him when you said you would.
You must keep your promise/word and pay when you said you would.:-D
