1) The scene of the movie is very jumpy, jumping from one scene to another.
2) The scenes in the movie is lack of order.
3) The scenes in the movie is out of sequence.

I think you should use (are)
2-(lacks)

The scenes in the movie lack order or are lacking in order.
The scenes in the movie are out of sequence.
Note that sentence 1 says the same thing twice in effect.
