1) The teacher is free anytime on monday through wednesday,so will free up some times in that period of time.
2) Please free up some time during/in that period of time.

1) The teacher is free anytime on Monday through Wednesday[STRIKE], so[/STRIKE] and will free up some times [STRIKE]in that period of time[/STRIKE] during those days.

2) Please free up some time during[STRIKE]/in[/STRIKE] that period[STRIKE] of time[/STRIKE] [or "during those days."]

I am not completely sure what you mean to be saying here, but I assume that you are announcing appointment times during which people can see the teacher.
