Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

1) He always mistakes my name for your names.
2) He always make mistakes when it comes to name calling/calling name.
3) He called my name by your name instead/ he called me by your name.
4) Don't be too noisy otherwise you will wake the neighbours up.
5) I was woken up by the sound of the phone ringing.

4) Don't be too noisy otherwise you will wake the neighbours up. OK
