Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

2) The noises will awaken your parents.

Are you talking about very specific noises, or just that someone is being loud?

If it's specific noises, then:

The (or those) noises will wake your parents up.

If it's just general noise, then:

The noise will wake your parents up.

There is nothing wrong with the word "awaken", it's just not used as often as the phrasal verb "wake up".

Ditto emsr2d2's comment about the non-countable noun "noise".
Also, "wake up" is a separable phrasal so, either "wake your parents up" or "wake up your parents" is OK. And in #3 if you are referring to both parents, it should be " parents' ".
