Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

This sounds strange. Her gaze or the teacher's gaze? Who was gazing at whom?

Shouldn't it be -

She averted the teacher's gaze....

avert your eyes = turn away

I was thinking the teacher was gazing at her and she was trying to avoid it.
Doesn't makes sense that she was gazing (her gaze) at him when she dislikes him.

She looked away because she wanted to show she does not like the teacher (he), that she does not like him.

The three she's are coreferent and the two red words are coreferent too.

When you get angry with sy, you turn away, right? Is it not obvious? ;-)
