1) Canada has a slow pace lifestyle/slow pace living environment.
2) The new young player in the soccer team is trying to weaken one of the player's position as the leader of the team.
3) The new player has weakened my position as the leader of the soccer team.

1) Canada has a slow- paced lifestyle/slow-paced living environment.

I am not sure whether you can say a country possesses a lifestyle.
better : The lifestyle in Canada is slow-paced.

2) The new young player in the soccer team is trying to weaken/undermine one of the player's position as the leader of the team.
3) The new player has weakened my position as the leader of the soccer team.
