1) Please step a side and let me pass by/through.
2) I am just passing through this class to get to the other side of the building. It is shotcut so i just want to pass through.

My notes are above. In sentence 2, you don't really need the end section at all. You've already said that you're just passing through so there's no need to repeat it.
