Can we say "we all"

Can we say "we all" and when
Please correct these sentences
eg: 1) We all school friend's are planning to meet up to watch the football match
2) If some has phoned me so can I reply" we all friends have met up for an overnight"

"We all school friends" is wrong. Choices: All we school friends... We school friends are all planning...... All of us school friends are.......etc In the last example "we" changes to "us" because of the preposition "of", although people sometimes say "all of we friends..." because they think this is correct. It is not.

You can "we all" as a pronoun in some cases, but not before a noun as in your sentences.

These are correct. Note there is no following noun:
We all want the same thing.
We all agree.
We all passed the exam.

As the object of a preposition (as mentioned above) it's "all of us"
"All of us want the same thing"

As an object of the verb, it's "us all" or "all of us"
The examiners passed us all / all of us.
The decision suited us all / all of us.
