I want write a letter to my manager saying that we have got additional income by charging surcharges from the customers- please see below.

Sir,
Please find enclosed list of traffic fines we charged with 50% surcharge from various customers from January 2010 till now. We have gained total USD. 2, 700.00 surcharges as an additional income for the company, and also note that we did not absorb any traffic fines as our company expense during this time. This achievement due to my continues effort and timely action/ advise to the respective customers.

This achievement is partly due to my proactive efforts in ensuring that our customers are properly notified.
