I want make a request to my Manager to purchase new filing cabinets for the office. Can you please advise the below is correct.

Please find attached quotation from............. for new filing cabinets. As you know our documentation works are going high day by day and we have lack of cabinets.

Dear Sir

Please find attached a quote from ........... for new filing cabinets. As you know, the amount of paper we have to store is getting bigger every day and we have a serious shortage of cabinets.
