It has been observed that high percentage of overtime recorded for the service agents those who are doing vehicle servicing after the normal duty hours. Therefore please be informed that from now onwards, overtime during the vehicle servicing time will be considered only 50% of the total time spent in the service center.

Please inform the concerned service agents accordingly.

(I presume you mean 50% is the maximum limit for overtime claim?)
