Dear teachers,

Could you explain what the following sentences really mean?
Also, would you be kind enough to rephrase the sentences so that they could be easier to understand.

(1)You cannot be too careful.
(2)We cannot recommend this book too strongly.
(3)I couldn't get home fast enough.
(4)You cannot take sufficient care.
(5)The importance of this session cannot be exaggerated.
(6)No man can have too many friends.
(7)One cannot be too careful in matters like that.

Thank you so much.

Thanks, Horsa. How about
(1)"You cannot over-emphasize the importance of English to them(.)", and
(2) "My party starts at 6 pm. You cannot come too early(.)"?

Thanks again.
Beside the point, need I add a period in the quoted sentences?
