[Grammar] Capitalization Rule

Hello,

I want to ask about the ( Capitalization Rule ) I read & surf internet but I need a clear answer to some question.

Some question in test coming for example :

1. Relationship to main driver: business partner (B & P should be capital ? )
2. What is your occupation? charity worker (C & W should be capital ?)
3. Occupation: dentist (d should be capital ?)

If it's just a short response, Charity worker would work.
